- Led a rapid improvement event, which evaluated every aspect of the propeller buildup process, correcting 14 major deficiencies and submitting 13 technical order improvements. The innovations resulted in an increase in the average time on wing of reparable assets to 1,086 hours, an increase of 196 percent.
