- 11/2020 We started a addition tom union county sheriffs office. The scope consists of roughly 40,000 cu yards of on-site cut to fill placement which was completed weeks ahead of schedule. Our daily production numbers on this site were between 3,500 - 4,000 cu yards a day.
- Between 04/2020-11/2020 I was responsible for going to a number of jobs that needed help with site coordination, Fine Grading, finish work and making sure the site was 100% before the site was turned over to the Owners.
- Determined project schedule, including sequencing all construction activities for optimal efficiency. Contributed to construction planning process, including Mass Grading, Fine Grading and all turn key projects.
- Adhered to $500,000.00 change order budget to achieve timely and cost-effective project deliverables.

- At hoopaugh grading my career had alot of improvements. In 2008 I started out as a ground laborer. my job consisted of doing grunt work for all of the operators, checking grade and keeping the jobsites housekeeping up and neat. As time went on I was given the opertunity to learn how to use the Trimble GPS site positioning system. this allowed me to grow and move on to large dirt moving jobsites laying out the cut and fill areas for the scrapers and excavators. Then I moved up to a operator (Dozer, Excavator, Skidsteer) I operated for about 4 years and was given alot of responsibility by being gave a task a group of guys and a schedule. As i would complete of these small projects they would get t igger. My last year working with them I was a operators / Leadman supervising my own portion of theses big data center projects we were on.
For example-
- Apple data center, Maiden N.C- 1.5 million cu yards of dirt moved. 19million dollar grading job. -Facebook data center, Forest City N.C-1+million cu yards of dirt moved & On site rock blasting. 12 million dollar grading job. mass grading and fine grading and slab on grade.
- Clearwater paper mill, Shelby N.C- 600,000+ cu yards of material moved on site. Slab on grade fine grading, Stone fine grading for asphalt ect
- AT&T data center, Kings mtn N.C- 1.2 million cu yards of dirt moved onsite. 10+ million dollar grading job. Rough grading, Fine grading, Utilities (Storm Sewer) plus 1.5 million in change orders.
- Apple Data center solar farm, Maiden N.C 900,000 cu yards of dirt moved onsite cut to fill.
- Communicated with ground team members and fellow operators to prevent safety hazards and keep materials moving.
