- National WarnGen team member instrumental in migrating NWS critical warning software (WarnGen) to AWIPS II.
- Graduated Colorado Leadership Development Program (Class of 2016).
- Served on NRAP NWS Culture Team. Led effort to develop national culture web portal for NWS.
