- As a part of DOCSIS Implement, I work to create and deploy approved Method of Procedure for CMTS operations.
- Launched numerous Cisco and Arris CMTS Chassis with seamless migration of customers in various KMA (North East, Southwest, and Mountain States). Added CMTS' seamlessly to production environment, which includes turning up routing (ISIS, BGP, multicast- PIM, DSG, IPv4 and IPv6). Communicated with, and aligned resources spanning several departments to ensure a seamless service migration. - Manage and address contention mitigation in multiple areas/time zones, and collaborate with various teams to plan and locate necessary hardware equipment. Teamed up with ISP for DOCSIS service group segmentation and DNT Core team for congestion of WAN interfaces on CMTS to ensure our customers have the best product available.
- Perform and assist with other BAU projects on multiple platforms - software code upgrades, IP augmentation (IPv4 and IPv6), DSG implementation, Spectrum Wi-Fi launch, 16-24 DS channel bonding, migrate vrf customers from Cisco 10K to Arris E6K, maintain polices in HPNA/NCM (Network Control Managers) to validate configuration and meet corporate standards.
