Professional Summary
I have always been extremely passionate in regards to the booming medical marijuana industry. When the Arkansas Medical Cannabis Act passed, I made it my mission to carve out a position for myself in this industry. Using the resources I had available as well as my wide knowledge base from years of cultivation and strain research, I was introduced to Dragan Vicentic via Bruce Simpson. I had never met or heard of Dragan before this introduction, but knowing that I did not have the necessary finances to to get into the e industry myself I agreed to partner with Bruce and Dragan. They had the financial means to make my goal a reality and I had the knowledge base that they were drastically needing and they lacked. I spent hundreds of hours working on the application process and because of that we were awarded one of the highest ranking applications in the state. I helped to build the company from the ground up and with my implementations we soon became one of the most successful dispensaries in the state. I saw first hand how Dragan's greed and ego had no end starting aved until I with him trying to remove Bruce as a owner during the first few months of business. I stayed saw that Dragans decisions were negatively affecting the business, I helped to start, as well as how he violated the terms of our agreement. I am an extremely hard worker, a fast learner, and can I find creative solutions to almost any task/issue that the business will set in front of me. It is my mission to make sure that the business will become more profitable and above all else secure for the well being of Fall owners and the patients that we serve. I have been thoroughly impressed with the facility as well as the partners involved and I truly believe that working together we can further build the company to best satisfy both the wants and needs of our patients.
